Refund Policy.

1. Overview
DataStackLogic provides custom website design, development, and related services. Because our work is bespoke and built specifically for you, this policy explains how deposits, milestone payments, and monthly plans are handled. The specific milestones, deliverables, and payment schedule for your project are defined in your written proposal, which takes precedence over the general terms below.
2. Project Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve your spot and begin work, and it is credited toward your project total. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before we begin work. Once work has started — discovery, design, or development — the deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers the time and resources reserved for your project.
3. Milestone Payments
After the deposit, payments are tied to project milestones defined in your proposal. Payments for milestones that have been completed and delivered are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you are billed only for work completed up to that point; any future, unstarted milestones are not charged.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel a project at any time by contacting us in writing. On cancellation, we will provide any completed work and, where applicable, hand off the code and assets you have paid for. You retain ownership of the deliverables you have paid for.
5. Monthly Plans (Hosting & Care)
Recurring monthly plans (hosting, maintenance, and support) can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following period. Monthly fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, and there is no long-term contract or cancellation fee.
6. Requesting a Refund or Discussing a Concern
If something isn't right, we want to make it right. To request a refund or raise a concern, email us at [email protected] and we'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
